The ones that you press onto your nose and s’posedly you stop snoring at night? Like, do these actually work?
in my opinion yes they do.I use them when i dont wanna take my nasal meds cause some of them ’speed u up"and at bed time i dont wanna take my meds so i just put one on before i get into bed.and there are like "generic"brands” out there and they work the same ,but are a lot cheeper&you’ll get more in a box than "the breath right brand name” .Good luck.
I SUFFERED OF SLEEP APNOEA , UNDERGONE SURGERY 1 YEAR AGO AND NOW I AM OKEY , SLEEP WELL AND NO MORE SNORING .
BUT NERVES IN THE FACE ARE NOT YET RE SENSIBILIZED ( ?? ) .
ARE YOU A SPECIALIST ?
DO YOU KNOW IF SOMETHING CAN BE DONE TO ACCELERATE NERVOUS RECOVERY AFTER SLEEP APNOEA SURGERY ?
Inadequate feeling on your facial area is pretty serious. First, I would like to suggest contacting your otorhinolaryngologist (the physician who performed the UPPP procedure). Sorry, I can not answer your question accurately, because my knowledge about cranial nerves is not well in depth enough to provide you with a solid answer; but I can give you these links to two great otorhinolaryngologists and they do have a web page where can submit your question and they would love to answer your question.
