Snoring can certainly be irritating. Not only to your partner but also to you, the sleeper. Other possible causes for snoring can be nasal congestion. There are a variety of factors which can cause nasal congestion, such as, allergies, a cold, sinus infections and asthma. Exposure to smoke can also relax nasal muscles and cause congestion.

A good sleeping posture is also helpful to stop snoring. Laying flat on your back allows your throat to relax and form an airway blockage. Of course, there are many things which can cause snoring and there are several other snoring appliances that may be used and can be beneficial. However, it’s up to you to figure out what may be causing your snoring and what snoring appliance is right for you.

Though I cannot confirm this situation since i cannot hear myself while sleeping, but i believe it becouse my father use to snore very well and my brothers do too. How can i stop snoring with or without medication.I need help.
