how can i avoid snoring? without any surgery.?
im 30, and have been caught snoring, is there any remedy for it? no surgery please.

there are little tabs you put on your nose just get one and mold it like the width of your nose i am pretty sure you can buy this at cvs rite aid or sav-on.

There are tablets you can take. They would be at da chemist. My sis had them and apparent;y da ones she got worked. Not sure what they were called but theres different types.

have saline water ..in nostrils …keep these clean …sleep towards right side …

The nasal strips often don’t work.
I use a product called slumber guard that holds the throat airways open.
It works for me!
